The Mindful Judge Text Service


Since 2007, the Institute for Mindfulness Studies has been offering a helpful service to legal professionals interested in receiving mindfulness cues through their cell phones.


Sign up and receive mindfulness reminders such as “BREATHE,” and “NOTICE JUDGMENTS.”


Reminders are sent by a real person who is simultaneously practicing the mindfulness cue.  Reminders are sent no more than once a day and generally a total of four times a week.


You need not reply to the mindfulness reminders -- they are for you!


You may discontinue mindfulness cues at anytime by simply requesting removal in a text.
